Biography of Hon. Ari Abdulmumin Muhammed

His Early/Educational Life.

Ari Abdulmumin Muhammed was born on the 27th November, 1978 in Nasarawa local government area of Nasarawa State. At the age of 5, Muhammed Ari was taken to Baku village where he grew up, a village of about 30-40 households.
Growing up as a young boy, Mr Ari Muhammed had to combine farming with both his Western and Quranic education which he graduated in 1988.

In 1988, young Ari Muhammed started his secondary education at GSS Nasarawa (Government Secondary School). Where he usually came second to the last in his class, position wise.
In his first year in secondary school and had to repeat his class. Had speaking to himself, he said “Downfall is not the end of one’s Life”. From then on, he picked up the challenge and took it upon himself to study and overcome all his academic challenges.
After discovering that his academic challenges originated from the kind of primary school he attended compared to his colleagues of the same age, he decided to start personal study methodology which enabled him to learn and after that fear, he came 10th position.

Ari Muhammed was then transferred to unity college Karaye kano State after which his first year where he had to face new challenges.
Encountering a new challenge at his new school, he decided not to be caught up in the web of failure like he had in his former school.

2003/2004 Ari was appointed class captain, the same time he was the financial secretary of the Muslim students Society (MSS) at the unity college Kano.
After secondary school in 1994, Mohammed further his education at the school of preliminary studies (PRELIMS) at Keffi LGA, Nasarrawa State (Which was part of the then Plateau State).
Mohammed Ari then went to the Federal University Of Technology, Minna (FUTMINNA) Niger State where he studied Quantity Surveying.

His Political Life

During his study, he discovered there was a possibility for him to contest for the senator representing department of Environmental studies politically in the school after being met a fellow student in the department where he eventually won the nomination into the house.

During his days of struggling and looking for a means to win projects for his company, he was invited to contest for a seat at Green Chamber of the National Assembly to represent his Constituent, which he accepted and won by majority votes.

At the National Assembly, Muhammed Ari was chosen as member of the Welfare Committee of the House of Reps, representing his zone. He kept representing his zone in different committees which was a huge achievement to him.

With his impressive and humble progress in his duties, he was given Five Grade A zones to represent which was a massive boom for him. At the same time, he received invitations from other chairmen of other committees to join them which he did with pleasure. Afterwards, Ari was Inaugurated as Deputy Chairman House Committee on Youth development. Due to his constitutional duties, he has travelled far and wide.

Muhammed Ari emphasized that youth need visions and missions with core value. Youth needs to be patience, hardworking, partners in knowledge sharing, trustworthy and to be an ambassador in one’s family, street, area, state and to the country as a whole.

Muhammed Ari is happily married to three beautiful wives with nine children; Five males and Four females.
He advises the youth to be patient, humble, hardworking and diligent, ones destiny will always be there.
