Comr. Tarhemba Terwase Justice is a product of grace as his excelling in human endeavours is quite miraculous. His father is Tarhemba Jacob Tordue and his mother is Mwar Eunice Tarhemba. He is from Tse Bako village of Saghev Council Ward, in Nongov, Guma Local Government Area, Benue State. He is in the family of seven children and he is the second child.
His family background was not very riching. Even though, he doesn’t allow his family penury to stand on his way right from childhood. This, his entire family takes delight in and see forward to be delivered from poverty by him.
Many sees him as a genius because of how fast he has developed his capacity judging from the background he comes from. Ultimately he is a creative writer, mobilizer, motivator and coordinator of people. He sees the big picture and plans appropriate strategies to achieve results. He is well disciplined, with proven ability to in the profession of journalism, under extreme pressure, he can still write like he already drafted the write-up. He can write five meaningful articles in a minutes.
He is a born Leader. In the primary school, he served as the health Prefect. After graduating from primary school, because of his family poor background, his father sent him to Gyutiev Model secondary School, Ginde, a community school. Because of his intelligence, people advised his father to look for a more better school for him, he was then transferred to Mbakombor Comprehensive College, Pev-I in JSS 2. From there, He was again transferred to Voice of The Cross College, Ugba in JSS 3. In SSS 2 at the Voice of The Cross College, Ugba, he was elected president of the Press Club because of his love for anything PRESS. In SSS 3, because he didn’t start the school in JSS1, he was given the Assistant Chapel Prefect instead of the Head Boy.
As he was a visionary young man even in the secondary School, he kept telling his friends that he is going to get admission in the university to read Mass Communication as soon as he graduates. Many doubts him but he was relentless of his life’s goal.
In 2017, he got admission in the prestigious department of Mass Communication to read B. Sc Mass Communication at the Benue State University, Makurdi. He was one of the most popular Students in his department despite coming from poor background. He involved in Students Union and supported many people who came out victoriously for their respective positions.
In the 2019/2020 academic session, he contested for Senator representing Mass Communication at the Students’ Union House of Parliament and won with a massive votes.
In the Senate, he was appointed chairman, House Committee On Editorials in the 24th assembly. He was also a member of the House Committee On Ethics Rules and Investigation. Apart from these, he contested for the National president, National Association Of MINDA Students but the stakeholders begged him to step down for Kuma Collins who was from the same axis with him and was contesting for the same position.
He obediently stepped down and when Collins emerged the president, he appointed him Chief of staff. Also, in the Year 2020, HRH Orduen Destiny, then Torkwaor U Tiv International appointed him his Chief Press Secretary.
He served many times as the editor in the production of his departmental newspaper, MASSCOPE and Departmental Magazine.
In 2021, because of his legislative experience while serving as the Senator representing Mass Communication, The Speaker of the Youths Assembly of Nigeria, YAN, Benue State Chapter, Rt Hon. Vincent Iorshe appointed him Deputy Clerk of the Youths Assembly of Nigeria.
His experience in unionism brings him into the limelight of circular politics when he was working in the Angya Campaign Organization with him been appointed as the Chief Editor, Angya Under 20 Media Team, a group of great writers working for Dr Paul Angya gubernatorial ambition of becoming the governor of Benue State.
This time he was doing more of writing for politicians. Apart from writing for Dr Paul Angya ,FSI, KSM, he was also writing for Hon. Kelvin Sesugh-Ter Vihishima aspirant for House of Representative for Gboko/Tarka, Hon. Sebastine Tindi aspirant for Makurdi North Constituency and Hon. Sesugh Iordye aspirant for Gboko East Constituency ,all at the Benue State House of Assembly.
Tarhemba Terwase Justice, because of his profession and innate creativity in writing is a powerful writer who can turn the world down with his choice of words. Many people admire his writing ability and many Politicians want him to work for them. He writes articles for pageantries in Benue State such as Grandmark Fruits Festival, GF2, Queen of NUBESS and severally appointed director of media and publicity for contestants for Face of Free Fish Festival,FFF.
He is an activist and an advocate for good governance.
